01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Elegant Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

02Our Services

Elegant Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics studio located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Treatments are performed by a licensed, board-certified provider operating within the scope of Rhode Island law. The treatments described on this website are aesthetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The information on this site is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Specific recommendations are made only after a consultation in our studio.

03Consultations & Treatment Suitability

All new patients must complete a consultation prior to receiving treatment. During the consultation we review your goals, medical history, current medications, and any contraindications. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment plan if, in our clinical judgment, a procedure is not appropriate, safe, or likely to achieve your goals.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment safety and is your responsibility.

04Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling platform or by phone. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking and is applied to the cost of your service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit and may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service
• No-shows may be charged the full service fee and may be required to prepay future appointments

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other patients.

05Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided at the time of consultation and may vary based on the scope of treatment, units, syringes, or sessions required. We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards (where applicable), and approved third-party financing. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.

Pricing on the website, social media, or promotional materials is for general guidance only and is not a binding quote. Final pricing is confirmed in writing during your consultation.

06Refunds & Re-Treatment

Aesthetic services are non-refundable once rendered. Individual results vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, skincare, and other factors that are outside our control. If you are not satisfied with the results of an injectable or laser treatment, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can evaluate and, where clinically appropriate, offer a complimentary touch-up at our discretion.

Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but remain valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be transferred to another individual upon written request.

07Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website — including text, graphics, images, before-and-after photos, and other material — is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified medical provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Photographs of past patients are shared with their written consent. Individual results vary; the experience and outcome of any patient pictured may not be representative of the results another patient should expect.

08Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We are committed to a calm, respectful, and safe environment for our patients and staff. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any patient who is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise behaves in a way that compromises the safety or comfort of others, or whose treatment we determine is not in their clinical best interest.

09Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Elegant Aesthetics name, logo, written copy, photography, and design — is owned by Elegant Aesthetics or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the site for commercial use without our prior written consent.

Personal, non-commercial sharing of links to our pages on social media or in private messages is welcome and encouraged.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elegant Aesthetics, its providers, and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services obtained from us. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the website or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under Rhode Island law that cannot be waived by agreement.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
