    Numbing

    Topical numbing cream applied for 15–20 minutes so the treatment feels like pressure, not pain. We re-confirm your goals one more time before the first injection.

  3. Step 03

    Injection

    Precise micro-injections along the lip border, body, or cupid’s bow — placed exactly where they support the shape we mapped together. Most clients tolerate it easily.

  4. Step 04

    Settling

    You’ll see initial volume immediately. Mild swelling for 24–72 hours, with full settling at 1–2 weeks. We follow up at the two-week mark to refine if needed.

  5. Step 05

    Maintenance

    Results last 6–12 months. Most clients schedule maintenance every 9–12 months — by then the filler has gradually softened and a small top-up brings it back to your ideal.

Lip filler is more sensitive than other injectable areas, so we always apply a topical numbing cream beforehand. Most clients describe the sensation as pressure rather than pain. The treatment itself takes 20–30 minutes once you’re comfortable.
No — that’s the difference between a board-certified provider and a discount injector. We start conservatively, dose precisely, and build up over multiple visits if needed. The goal is lips that look like yours, just a touch fuller and more defined.
You’ll see initial volume immediately. There’s typically swelling for 2–3 days, with full settling at the 1–2 week mark. We schedule a complimentary check-in at two weeks to assess and refine if needed.
Hyaluronic acid lip fillers typically last 6–12 months, depending on the product, your metabolism, and lip movement. Most clients schedule maintenance every 9–12 months.
HA fillers are reversible. We can dissolve them with hyaluronidase if you ever want to return to your starting point or adjust the result. This safety net is a major reason we exclusively use HA-based fillers for lips.
Mild swelling and bruising are normal for 24–72 hours. Avoid blood thinners and alcohol 24 hours before, ice in 10-minute intervals after, and skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Serious side effects are rare with a board-certified injector.
