Soft Volume,
Beautiful Definition
Lip filler is hyaluronic acid — a sugar molecule your body already produces — placed precisely along the lip border, body, and cupid’s bow to enhance the shape, volume, or definition of your lips. The work is in the placement, not the amount.
Treatment takes about thirty minutes with topical numbing for comfort. You’ll see results immediately, with mild swelling that resolves over 1–2 weeks. Final results last 6–12 months. Every treatment is performed by a board-certified provider who reads your face, listens to your goals, and dosed conservatively — so the result is unmistakably you.

— Is This Right For You?
Who Lip Filler Is For
Lip filler is one of our most personal treatments — and the right candidate matters more than the right product. Here’s when our team typically recommends it.
Subtle volume
Lips that have always felt a touch thin, or have lost fullness with age. A small amount of filler restores soft volume — most people won’t know you had anything done, but they will say you look refreshed.
Definition & shape
A blurred lip border, flat cupid’s bow, or undefined philtrum columns. Strategic placement at the vermillion border sharpens definition and brings back the crisp shape your lips used to have.
Hydration & smoothness
Vertical lip lines (sometimes called “lipstick lines”) and chronically dry, papery texture. Hyaluronic acid attracts and holds water — softening lines and restoring a natural plumpness without going bigger.
Correcting asymmetry
Most lips are slightly asymmetrical — that’s normal. But if one side reads visibly thinner or different, a few precisely placed units can rebalance the lip in a way that looks like nothing was done at all.
Your lip filler journey
Lip filler is one of our most personal treatments. Each step is performed by a board-certified provider in our Cranston, Rhode Island studio.
- Step 01
Consultation
A conversation about your lips, your goals, and what feels honest. We map your existing shape, talk through subtle vs. fuller results, and pick the right HA filler.
- Step 02
Numbing
Topical numbing cream applied for 15–20 minutes so the treatment feels like pressure, not pain. We re-confirm your goals one more time before the first injection.
- Step 03
Injection
Precise micro-injections along the lip border, body, or cupid’s bow — placed exactly where they support the shape we mapped together. Most clients tolerate it easily.
- Step 04
Settling
You’ll see initial volume immediately. Mild swelling for 24–72 hours, with full settling at 1–2 weeks. We follow up at the two-week mark to refine if needed.
- Step 05
Maintenance
Results last 6–12 months. Most clients schedule maintenance every 9–12 months — by then the filler has gradually softened and a small top-up brings it back to your ideal.
